Refund policy

If the report is not useful, get your money back.

No-questions refund

If the AI CV Fit Report is not useful, email support@job-clinic.com within 7 days with your order ID. We will refund EUR 19, no questions asked, and delete the submission on request.

How to request

Send your request to support@job-clinic.com and include the purchase email and transaction ID so we can find the order quickly.

What happens next

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after we verify the order reference.
