No interviews after many applications in Germany
When applications keep disappearing, the problem is usually not effort. It is a CV that does not create enough shortlist confidence fast enough.
The common pattern
Many candidates keep increasing application volume when the real issue is conversion. The CV looks plausible, but the recruiter cannot quickly see the strongest lane, exact proof, or Germany-readiness signals.
After 30 or 50 applications, weak response is data. It means the current document is not making the right case for the jobs being targeted.
What to check first
Look for role blur, thin proof, missing language or location context, and target jobs that only match at keyword level. Do not start by rewriting every sentence.
Start with one strict diagnosis: which roles can this CV credibly support right now, and which applications should stop?
