Diagnosis
Your CV looks relevant, but nobody responds
Relevance is not the same as recruiter confidence. A CV can mention the right work and still fail to prove enough fit.
Why relevance is not enough
Hiring teams compare you against safer, sharper, more exact profiles. If your CV requires too much interpretation, the relevant parts may never become shortlist evidence.
The issue is often hidden in broad summaries, mixed role identity, or achievements that describe responsibility without outcome.
The fix
Make the target lane obvious and move the strongest proof closer to the top. Then remove claims that widen the profile without increasing trust.
If the CV still feels close but weak, diagnose whether the gap is wording, evidence, seniority, or wrong-lane targeting.
